Jeff is a young pup with a sad story to tell. Jeff and his brother Mutton were discovered as the result of a cruelty investigation in Mississippi. He and his brother and sister were found, along with a number of adults on the property, starved and neglected.

In spite of his rough past, Jeff is a sunny boy with a lot of charm. Along with his brother Mutton ( get it, Mut - n- Jeff) he is ready to play, play, play. He is quite a bit calmer than his brother, ready to pay attention and follow rules. He would love to have a family of his own.
