We took Maia in four years ago from our neighbors who we're expecting their third child. They felt they couldn't dedicate the time to her anymore. Maia was with them since she was a puppy and it was clear that they loved her very much. We understand now, after just having our second child, how difficult it is to provide Maia with what she truly needs. She is eight years old yet has so much energy (but in a good way). She deserves to be in a home where she can get regular walks. She would love to find a human cuddle buddy. She is very good listener and comes when you call her. She is a wonderful older dog and we just want her to live her best life as she approaches the later part of her life.
