GYPSY ROSE's Story...
Meet the precious 8 month old Gypsy Rose. She is just a 22 pound bundle of love and happiness. Gypsy Rose got lost on 04/08 and her family did not think to look for her in the shelter so she is now ready for her new forever home. She loves all people, big and small and loves toys and treats. She does not love living in a cage and is so ready for a home with a nice soft bed to sleep on and a yard to play in and also lots of toys of her very own. She is current on vaccines, now spayed, heartworm tested negative and will be micro-chipped when adopted. She is waiting to meet you in cage 323 and her ID# is 595113.

When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GYPSY ROSE, a Marietta Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
