Dolly is a Shih Tzu. She has a cornea disease that makes it harder for her to see, but she is taking medicine that has made a world of difference for her and has helped her become more outgoing. She is a little independent with other dogs because it's harder for her to play and interact with them, but she loves people. Dolly is looking for someone to love and take care of her. Her medicines cost around $80-90 each month.
