6 year old Banjo found himself homeless through no fault of his own - - - - his owner recently passed away. Banjo's littermate and best friend, BearBear is also looking for a new home. Banjo is housebroken, crate trained, neutered, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies, tested heartworm negative - and is on preventative. He is currently sporting his "summer crewcut" - having had his coat shaved for the season (his previous owners preference - not necessary) - though it has now grown out quite a bit. We had hoped to rehome Banjo and Bear Bear together, but feel they would be OK as long as they had another canine friend in their new home. Banjo definitely likes the ladies better than the gents - - - If you would like to offer Banjo (and maybe BearBear, too?) a new home, please submit an application which you can find on our website (www.almostheaven-golden-retriever-rescue.org). Emailing it will get the fastest response. Banjo is a really nice dog - already housebroken, crate trained, healthy, up to date on vaccines, and hoping that someone out there will find it in their heart to offer him a good home.
