My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome gentleman is Neiko. He is about 4 years old and his DNA says he is GSD & Border Collie with a little Malinois. Neiko loves to ride in the car, go boating and swimming and has even enjoyed dock diving. Neiko is very laid back and calm and devoted to his people. He is also very light on his feet and sometimes you don't realize he is standing next to you- very quietly! In the evenings he loves cuddling with his family! Neiko will steal your heart. He is very fond of kind gentle children that will appreciate him. He is crate trained and clicker trained as well. His guardians are trying to find a home for him that will appreciate Neiko being the only dog. Last year Neiko was injured by another older dog in his pack. Since that time, he has been fearful and has lost trust in the rest of the pack so he decides to 'throw the first punch'. He has struggled within his pack and continues to have anxiety so he would be much happier in another loving home. Then he can return to the Neiko he has always been. It's been a tough decision but his people want to do what is right for him. Neiko will require a fenced yard along with lots of cuddles to make his life complete.
