Meet Trona! Everything about this girl is Cattle Dog! She has a cropped tail, lean and athletic body, is extremely intelligent, desires a high level of exercise and is very easy to train and eager to learn. She may be unsure on first meet, but give her just a little time and she'll be rolling over for belly rubs. Trona is motivated by learning! She loves commands and picks up on new skills quickly. Trona has all the makings of an excellent running partner. She will quickly adjust to your pace and stay right by your side as you walk, jog or run! She is an absolute joy on a leash and would most likely excel at agility or having a job. Trona is looking for what every working breed desires, a strong connection to her handler and family. Cattle Dogs are loyal, protective of their family and can be wary of strangers. Her ideal home will provide lots of mental stimulation and high levels of exercise. Trona is indifferent to dogs- she is OK if they are there and OK if they aren't. She prefers them to keep a little distance and demonstrate good manners just as she does thank you very much. That's not too much to ask, right? Once you get to know this girl, you will absolutely fall for her sweet and affectionate nature. No cats or small children please. 2 years old. 45 lbs.
