KANO IS LOOKING FOR A FOREVER HOME - OR A NEW FOSTER HOME

Kano came into our rescue in March from Meriden Animal Control.

He's been with a wonderful foster family since then, and they love him a lot. However, recently one of their other dogs and Kano have been a bit unhappy with each other, and we need to find him a new place to lay his head. Ideally, that would be a wonderful forever home - but if not, a new foster home is needed until he finds that forever.

Kano is a sweet, sweet boy. He's about 9 years old, and is just fine with most dogs, as well as with children, cats, and all manner of farm animals!

Don't let his age fool you - he is a happy, playful dog who just loves being outside, going for walks, and romping around with other dogs.

He is a well mannered dog who is house trained, crate trained, walks well on a leash, and knows all of his basic commands.

He will make an absolutely wonderful new member of the lucky family who adopts him!
