Twinkie's Story...
Twinkie is one of 7 puppies born to a stray dog. The father is a pure breed Labrador Retriever and mother is a brindle boxer mix. The puppies are almost pure Labrador. We've had the puppies since they were 6 weeks old, and they are healthy and have been handled and loved on daily. The puppies are sweet, loving, affectionate, happy, and playful. They are puppies will need training and further socialization. We want them to have homes where they are allowed inside as a loved member of the family. We would like them to have a secure fenced yard to run and play.

The puppies will be 12 weeks old on May 23rd and will be spayed/neutered and ready for new homes after that. The puppies are available for pre-adoption NOW. Each puppy will be spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on heart worm and flea preventative before adoption. Each puppy has a $100.00 adoption fee. Please contact Marianne at 2 Many Dogs for an adoption application if you are interested in adopting one of these sweet babies.

We do adopt out of state and dogs are shipped to the northeast via ground transport for a total cost of $400.00 (including adoption fee).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Twinkie, a Wallis Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Wallis, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Wallis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wallis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wallis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wallis paves the way for another one to be saved.
