My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oliver is an adorable 6 month old Italian greyhound/schnauzer mix. He’s been in foster care and has completely won over his foster families. Oliver is an insecure puppy, and the shelter is too frightening for him, so he is only available for adoption directly from his foster home. His adopter would need to be willing to take their time, but he doesn’t take too long to warm up and then he’ll LOVE you. He also adores other dogs and might even do better in a home with other dogs to help with his confidence. He’s been learning to walk on leash, and is getting better with potty training all the time. He sleeps through the night and is learning some basic commands. Oliver is young, and with a patient family, will bloom into an incredible dog. But he needs someone who understands his insecurities and he would prefer only older kids. Please contact debbie@thevbas.org if you would like to inquire about Oliver.
