Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Macie is an amazingly beautiful & GREAT dog with a loving temperament and has tons of energy. We rescued her about three years ago and she blended in well. She is part of our family who loves her snuggle time and hanging with family inside, but absolutely needs her exercise. When we got her we were in Kentucky and had a huge backyard with trees, so she got plenty of play time running and jumping chasing her squirrels and birds. We recently moved to MI and things have been tough. Our yard is small with no trees and she isn't getting the exercise she needs daily. While re-homing her would be devastating to our family, we know its not fair to her to not get the romp time she needs.
If you are looking for a loyal dog to be apart of your life both inside and outside of the home, Macie is for you. She needs someone who can walk/run her daily and/or have a nice sized yard with trees so she can be her happy self and get her energy out. If you are looking for a dog to leave outside, chained up, she is not the right one for you. We only want what is best for our Macie and want to find the right home for her where she will be loved like one of the family.
