**We are so excited to announce our new Lucky Dog Angel’s program! For dogs that are selected to be part of the Angel’s program, upon adoption, Lucky Dog Rescue will pay for 100% of the vet care for the life of that Angel as long as the dog is vetted by an approved rescue vet or specialist of Lucky Dog Rescue. To launch the program we have selected four angels: Izzy, Bullwinkle, Elton and Frankie**

Meet Elton! He is a very happy, handsome and sweet, people-loving, 5-6 year-old, 62 pound, male Chocolate Lab/Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Elton is extremely loving and handleable. He is crate-trained and housebroken when kept on schedule. He knows the command "sit" and takes treats ever so gently and appreciatively from your fingers.

Elton does not appear to enjoy fetching, but his tail is always happily wagging. He has select dog friends at the kennel that he plays with daily. Elton is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative.
