Penny is an adult female Beagle/Yellow Lab? mix, full grown at about 30 pounds. Penny is seeking a pretty specific home but for that just right home, she is going to be a treasure. Penny is house trained, crated for the workday (she doesn't love it), and requires another well adjusted dog in her home. Living as a single dog, she is anxious and upset every day when left alone, something her foster didn't note when there were other dogs around. Her ideal home would have another dog and someone home often so she's not alone long periods. Penny is very quiet and rarely barks, and when she does, her deep Hound sounding bark surprises even her. She loves to sniff and hang out in the fenced yard. Penny is fine with cats and loves other dogs-- she is curious and happy about them. She is excellent with kids too, even with lots of love being heaped on her by the young girl in her current home. Penny loves walks, hiking, and camping with her family. Really her only issue is being anxious, which completely goes away with another dog to follow. She's a great little girl.
Requirements: Must have another well adjusted dog in the home
