Meet Tracy! This sweet and happy girl is one of the smartest and most affection dogs you will ever meet! Tracy was rescued from a high kill shelter by a wonderful sponsor who has ensure that she will find only the best home by providing her with all the tools necessary for her success.

Tracy is a young dog, around 2-3 years of age and is believed to be a cattle dog or shepherd mix. There may even be a little husky in her as well! She is a fun loving, playful girl who enjoys her humans above all else. She is adventurous in spirit and loves the outdoors. She would make an exceptional companion for those who love to go hiking, running, biking, or any other outdoor sport and activity. She is extremely smart, and learns commands quickly. Tracy has already completed a few training programs and has even gone through some service dog training! She did not complete her program because it was determined she would much rather be a companion animal, but that doesn't mean she didn't learn a list of commands along the way! She would make a great addition to any family of any shape or size.

She gets along great with other social dogs, and enjoys going on pack walks, going to daycare or having fun at the dog park. However, Tracy would prefer to be the only dog in the house as she has a jealousy streak at times that can get her into trouble in the home! She isn't a big fan of cats or smaller dogs, so a home without would be preferred. Tracy has never met a stranger, and gets along with all humans she meets so a family of any size with children of all ages can enjoy Tracy and her amazing personality.

Tracy is great on leash, housebroken and crate trained. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and current on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. For more information on how to adopt Tracy, please contact us at KMCRescue@Gmail.com
