Percy is fostered in Martinsburg, WV through United Yorkie Rescue http://unitedyorkierescue.org It has been requested that Percy be adopted locally to the Washington County, MD area. Percy, a handsome 3-year-old, 5 lb. boy came to United Yorkie Rescue in April 2017. Percy had a personality that just draws you in. He's funny, entertaining, loving, and gets along with all dogs and people. Three year old Percy is small, so special provisions need to be made in fences and around the home because Percy is also partially blind. He lost one eye and has limited vision in the other. But this does not stop Percy. It is fascinating to watch him as his disability does not hinder him. He's in the best of spirits and loves life. If you think you would be the right adopter, please include why when emailing his foster mom as special attention will be made in placing this sweet boy in his new home.
