MAXIMUS HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

Meet little Maximus!
   Maximus was born here at Deacons Hope Rescue on May 26th, 2012. He has one brother, and two sisters that came along with him! Max's mom is a pure-bred Chihuahua, and we believe Dad was the Sheltie mix Mom was running around with! Max is two months old, and VERY energetic! He absolutely adores other dogs, and loves kids! He is a bit scared of our cat still, but he's slowly making friends! He's at an age that would be perfect to introduce to feline pets so he gets used to them!
   As I said, Max is very energetic - While he adores being snuggled and loved on, he is nuts about playing with other dogs! Sometimes, its a little much for the dogs we have here, so please be sure if you have other pets that they also love to play! Max is only 8 wks old, therefore he is NOT potty-trained. He WILL have accidents in his new forever home! He WILL chew - He is actually very good about stopping when he hears the word 'No', but its a habit that will need worked with, as it is with all puppies! He sleeps in a crate at night, whines for about 5 minutes, and then he's perfect throughout the night! He hasn't used the bathroom in his crate since we've had him, which is great for a guy his age! Maximus is a great ball of energy, and would make a wonderful addition to an amazing home!
