My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

~compassionate adoption fee applies, if serious about adoption please email caarescue@gmail.com to know more~
My name is Tokyo; it is the name I always had as I lived with the same family for 10 years. We traveled everywhere together having so many adventures but then I got old and they had a baby and their life was just too busy to have me around.
I was really very desperately sad when my mom passed me off to my foster mom and walked away.
But you know what? It did not take me too long to realize that life is good, in fact it is great with my foster mom!
I have other dogs and cats to hang out with pal around with!
I get tons of snuggles and I LOVE snuggles
My foster mom change the awful diet I was on and put me on a dog raw food diet to help get rid of the skin issues I developed and the open sores on my body that still sometimes bleed as they heal. My foster mama is kind and gentle as she put on medicated ointment so that I can heal quickly without infection. And when she notices the tiny blood stains left on her sheets in the morning she is so sad for me but I give her kisses and we just change the sheets together
I absolutely love my walks! They are so much fun but my claws are really long and so they are sensitive. My foster mom is going to take me somewhere to cut them because it will have to be done in stages otherwise I could get hurt. I can tell you right now I do not like to have my claws clipped but there is no choice. My foster mom was just waiting until I started to feel a little better and a little more confident before scheduling the task
And last weekend I tried agility for the first time! And OH BOY I was so good at it! The tunnel was a little hard but walking the planks was great fun for me and I think if someone wanted to do that with me it would be a lot of fun and a great way to spend time together.
I am house and leash trained. And for the most part a quiet girl
I am a super smart girl and I am ready to go anywhere with you to do anything as I am gentle with no mean bone in my body (as long as you don’t have claw clippers in your hands) but I am equally ready to snooze the rainy afternoon away with you binge watching Netflix
I am super easy and once I heal up from the sores on my body I will be in perfect health as there are no known issues and I will be 17lbs of healthy hairy hairless doggie :)
I am looking for a Chinese Crested lover! One who understands my breed and my gentle, calm stalker nature…. Trust me I am totally a STALKER! I am a sensitive girl and I need someone who will be committed to me and who will make me a priority in their lives. I have been a good girl my whole life and took care of my family for 10 years, there for all the happy and sad moments. But everything I did for them wasn’t enough for them to love me for all my days!
