This YEAR old boy is Buckley. Someone contacted Megan Stoker and said the owner neglected him and kept him locked in a closet. His owner WAS about to move and planned on leaving him behind. Thanks to Megans quick action and willingness to drive to Madisonville to meet the person who took Buckley he now has a chance at a new happy life. Buckley is most likely a beagle mix.
