Luke was surrendered to us after he was struck by a vehicle and his owners did not want to pay for his potential amputation/recovery. Luckily, Luke healed without a need for surgery. He would make a great addition to any family. He is a patient, old soul kind of dog that appreciates kisses on his big, square head. He does great on a leash and gets on well with his friends at the rescue. He really loves personal attention and being the center of attention, although he is not pushy about this point. He's just a big lovebug! He does well with cats and thinks that they are friends to play with, so patient kitties are kitties of his equal personality would make a best fit.

Peach County Animal Rescue is a rescue located in Fort Valley, GA. Our adoption fees range from $175-350+. On average, our fees are $250. Fees are higher for dogs that came to us with additional things like professional training (i.e. service dog, working dog). All of our dogs are fully vetted: up-to-date on annual shots, spayed/neutered and microchipped with a lifetime registration. We look forward to hearing from you!
