My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roman just retired from the field trial industry. He is about 4 years old and currently in a foster home in Indiana and doing well . Roman is about 50/50 greyhound and Coonhound (approximate). This handsome red boy came to the American Lurcher Project from Indiana in mid-June. He is good with other dogs. Roman weighs about 54 pounds. He will make someone an awesome companion. No kitties, small dogs or other small animals like bunny rabbits. Roman would do best in a fenced in yard.
