Meet Freckles!!
Freckles doesn't have a very dramatic story about how he ended up in the shelter. There was a call to the shelter about a large white dog that was wandering in someone's yard, and he got picked up and brought to the shelter. He wasn't well cared for in his past life - he has a few scars and his ears have hematomas from lots of old fly bites. But this boy is ready to start over! We watched this boy at the shelter for 5 weeks, and he was still there when it was time to temperament test - pretty sure he was waiting for us!

He's so sweet, and loving, and has the best temperament! He's 65 pounds of Sharpei and American Bulldog, and we're in love with him! He is easy going and chill at the jail. He works in class, but don't slow down too much, or he may just decide to take a nap!! He loves toys, and other dogs, and . . . well . . . we actually haven't found anything he doesn't like yet!!

Like your dogs brawny, chill and super sweet, with just a huge dash of cute??? Then this boy may just be the dog for you!! But you better hurry and get your application in, before we decide that Freckles has just HAS to go home with us - lol!!

Freckles is located in Atlanta, GA and is available for adoption immediately. He will be able to go to his forever home after graduation from the Canine CellMates program. Freckles is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his shots. Canine CellMates dogs are trained in items similar to the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test. They learn basic obedience and commands such as sit, down, stay, go to place, and leave it. They are also crate trained.
