My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Penelope was abandoned at our house by her previous owners. She is about 4 lbs and VERY lovey. We were watching her while they packed to move and instead of coming for her, they left for Kentucky and never looked back. We already had a small Yorkie that she was familiar with so things went okay at first. We took her to the vet, got her shots and took care of some anal gland issues that her previous humans let go for a very long time. She does best with just a single person or a couple with no kids and no other pets. The issue isn't agression, but urinating on anything the other pets or children touch or value. We were told this was a dominance issue and not a potty training problem. We have tried everything and she is just not compatible with our dog. We are expecting our first child very soon and I fear these behaviors will increase with additional changes with the living situation. She is crate trained now and for the most part very healthy, per our vetrinarian.
