Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted Maverick when he was 3 months old from a rescue center in CT. He is a Corgi/boxer/chow mix. He is 2years old, 50lbs and in perfect health. His vet is Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital in Norwalk, CT. Maverick was crate trained as a puppy but now stays in his own room at night for bed time and when we are not home. He is house trained and does not eat furniture or any household items.
He is a great dog, very smart, and great with kids of all ages. He is obedient and knows all the main commands and also a few tricks. Loves to play fetch and will sit with you and watch TV before he goes to bed.
He also loves walks and playing outdoors and was also trained with a pet safe electric fence.
The only issue is he does not like other dogs or pets. He has stayed with pet sitters with small children and blended in quickly. We hate to give him up but we are forced to due to being relocated to a home where we can't have dogs.
Maverick will be a lovable, loyal, great dog to anyone.
