My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little guy, Macho, has a BIG personality. He's a very friendly guy, and happens to be the life of the party wherever he is.

Macho’s first love is food, but he needs a family that will keep him fit and give him his daily thyroid medication. He also has a wheeze/cough due to an enlarged heart pushing on trachea, so keeping his weight down is essential. His doctor sees no reason to put him on any heart medications and states overall he’s a healthy (approx 7 year old) little guy. *He’s currently on apoquel too but I think it’s just seasonal.

He’s very happy around humans - of all sizes. I think he’d love a family with kids to play with or what he’s been used to - someone to just take him for walks and watch tv together.

I have a house full of dogs - big/small, male/female, calm/crazy. He doesn’t care for or engage with any of them. A home with another dog who is playful and looking for a buddy is not the home for him. A home with another dog that minds their own biz would probably be ok.
