This adorable boy was pulled from a high kill shelter on the island of Puerto Rico. He is a sweet, friendly, loving soul. Weighing only 10 pounds and gets along with everyone. The photos above show Spanky before and after his rescue haircut. He's a happy boy and we couldn't be happier to have saved him.
