Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kelly was a baby that was brought into the household of my friend and her husband. The cat that was already in the house was the boss and made Kelly shy and quiet. Kelly developed the mindset of staying in the bedroom except to eat and drink and use the litter box. When that cat died, Kelly came out of her shell and became more outgoing. A few years later, my friend brought in a younger cat who became the boss. Kelly reverted back to staying in the bedroom.
Three years ago, I took in my friends two cats to be part of my family(two cats and one dog.) Kelly has blossomed again into a very loving, friendly cat. She loves to wander around my house, looking out the windows. She plays with "Tower of Tracks" which has three balls to bat around on three different levels.
If she cries, she is lonely so I call her name and she comes to where I am. She likes to lay on the bed with me as well as in the recliner
Kelly is an indoor cat. She gets fresh air via an opened screen window.
I keep Iams dry Indoor weight and hairball control in a dish at all times and then I feed her moist can food twice a day, morning and evening.
Kelly tolerates my two cats but hasn't become buddies with them. I had one dog when Kelly came to my house but he has since passed away.Kelly has not been around kids so I have no information on this.
Kelly is sweet, loving, friendly. Kelly tolerates nail clipping and hair brushing. She has beautiful blue eyes. I usually call her "Blue Eyes"
I don't like to part with her, but I am moving out of my house of 40+ years to an apartment that won't allow more than two cats. I wish to find someone who will give Kelly a good quiet life as I have done. She is a very sweet kitty.
