My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Easton is part of our E Litter puppies who were surrendered to us after an accidental litter! These pups are proving to be great advocates for their breed and have been raised around and handled by kids since the day they were born.

With that being said, Easton was adopted and returned because the family had a puppy party within 48 hours of adoption and invited a large group of family and 6-7 young children over to meet Easton, and the children did not give Easton his space. Easton was overwhelmed, went to hide under a chair and the children still were allowed to approach Easton and he growled, so he got returned to us. Once the kids backed away, he was fine. This absolutely is no fault of Easton's and he has never shown an ounce of aggression to children at our Founder's house or at adoption events. Easton's new home will need to understand that he (and any new dog) needs time to adjust to his new family, surroundings and home. We do not recommend a home with a lot of children in and out of the home.

Easton is a sweet, friendly boy who loves to play with his brother, Egan, and his foster siblings - the smallest of which is 6 pounds. He is doing well with house and crate training. Easton is about 50 pounds at 7 months old. Easton's brother was DNA tested and their litter is 7/8 American Staffordshire Terrier and 1/8 mixed breed (most likely Great Dane).

Before applying for Easton, please be sure you are allowed to have him at your home. We do call landlords to confirm and unfortunately most rentals do not allow pit bulls or pit bull mixes.

Our adoption fee is $250. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested and up to date on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Puppies are up to date on age appropriate shots. Adults are also up to date on vaccines and heart worm tested (and treated if positive).
