Addie is an absolutely beautiful dog to look at and is very loving and loyal to her owner. She would be especially good for a single woman that needs a watchdog, but for her happiness she should be somewhere that she has a yard to run and play in with a fence. She was rescued as a puppy at 8 months old and does not get along with other dogs and cats. I have no problem however when I take her for grooming or to get shots at the vet then she is well behaved. This is not an easy choice for me to make and I want very much for her to be loved. She loves her dog treats and will expect one each time you eat a meal. She eats only dog food because she has a touchy stomach and cannot eat people food, but that doesn't mean she won't ask for it. As a treat for her we make her plain white rice with some wet dog food. She may also have plain chicken breast with no salt sometimes. She will always bark to let you know when she needs to go out and she is well trained. She is a very special girl.
