Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(Agnes is not a CHEW Dog Rescue dog…we have not met her. The following is her owner’s description of her…please contact her owner, Carrie, for more information: Carrie120369@yahoo.com)
Agnes, a 3 year old 70 lb. pit bull terrier, is super loyal and cuddly. She wants to sleep with her people (we don't let her but my son does) and will push her head under your arm to get real close. She wants to be with her people at all times but is so lazy she will eventually lay down and watch instead. She moves slow on walks and stretches her body out with her back legs behind her when lounging.
Agnes loves to lay in her back and getting her tummy rubbed and has a big smile when getting pet or rubbing her back in the grass. She loves the dachshund mix next door. Before they got a formal meet and greet they would kiss through the fence.
She is a dream inside. Has the run of the house while we are at work and there aren't issues. Agnes is so happy to see us when we get home she gets all squirmy and smiley. But she never jumps on people. She walks great on a leash, sits, lays down and stays…but at times, ignores commands.
But Agnes is not the dog for a family very young children…they make her nervous and so could be a danger to them. She has no issues with kids 8 and up. She needs a home with a good fenced yard (not electric fence).
