Walter was surrendered to the local kill shelter because he was very shy in his home, he would bark at new people, since our rescues owner loves and understands chihuahua's she eagerly took him in. Walter has been doing great in his foster home he's playful active fun loving and seems to attach quickly and strongly with his new person and is completely house broken.
