My story

Oliver is fostered in Lancaster TX through United Yorkie Rescue http://unitedyorkierescue.org.
Oliver is a 7 yr old, 10lb. boy that came to United Yorkie Rescue in April 2017 a very sick little boy. This brave boy was poked, prodded, scanned, tested and evaluated endlessly. Yet, he's been so trusting and loving. Oliver was diagnosed with a congenital liver shunt and in May had surgery. The surgery was a great success, he healed perfectly and is bouncing around like a Yorkie should. He runs, plays and is such a happy boy. He has been off seizure medicine for several weeks now and has had no seizures, he's eating well and full of energy!
Oliver will need to be on a low protein diet for life, this will be crucial to his health. With regular annual check ups and lots of love, his best days are now ahead, he's a very lucky boy!
Oliver loves to go for walks, play with his fur foster siblings and loves playing with his toys, snuggling and sleeping buried under the covers. He'd also love to find his forever family, he's been waiting so patiently, watching other United Yorkie Rescue babies find their homes, and now it's time he found his.
