We have owned Frankie since she was 7 weeks old. We saw her mom and dad and grandparents at the home where she was born. She is a woman's dog for some reason although my husband takes her everywhere she follows me all day.
She has always been possessive and protective but as she gets older she is getting worse. She does not get along with other pets and that is the main reason for the rehoming. She is 7 now and is in excellent health. She is a bit overweight but we own a campgrounds and she is always being fed by the guests.
It is hard to keep her on any diet as they all talk to her and feed her. She loves the water! We live on a creek and even in the dead of winter she is in there. She doesn't go deep but loves to wade and dig for rocks.
She is great with kids of all ages. She loves to play frisbee-socker--and chase tennis balls. She is an outside dog and only comes in when there are fireworks-thunder and lightening and guns shooting.
She is terribly spoiled.
