My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buster is 49 lbs and a 7 mth old neutered male who joined us after a puppy mill deemed him to old to be sellable. Buster loves people and other dogs. Unfortunately Buster is very aggressive in his approaching other dogs getting right in their face and can be obnoxious about his desire to play. He still needs to learn his manners as most older dogs will not tolerate his pushy ways.
Buster walks well on a leash and enjoys his walks. He has not been around cats so we don't know how he is with them but suspect he might be a little pushy with them as well. He is a really sweet dog who will need a fenced in yard to play in (no invisible fence) and someone willing to help him continue to learn about the world outside a mill. His love of life and people combined with his sweet face will make the right family a wonderful companion.
Buster's adoption fee is $300 and an application must be filled out to arrange a meeting with him.

We make every effort to assess the health of the animal. Adopters will receive a copy of all vet work performed. All adopted dogs are:

• Spayed/neutered,
• Treated for worms,
• Heartworm tested (if age appropriate),
• Treated for fleas/ticks,
• Microchipped,
• Examined by veterinarian,
• Receive age appropriate vaccinations.
