Gigi's Story...
Gigi is such a sweet and laid back girl. She just wants a family to love her and for her to love in return. She was found as a stray and ended up at a rural shelter that was full and her time was running out. We rescued her and boy are we glad we did! She is such a good dog. She is housetrained and quiet. She doesn't need to be crated and can be left for a work day. She is a great walking partner. She can be a little nervous of new situations, but never aggressive. Gigi was great for her bath and at the vet. She's a little leary of slippery floors and she needs a soft bed to lay on. She'd love to just have a family that is laid back like her and will make her comfortable. She's about 6 years old and 62 lbs. Email teachkessler@comcast.net for an application or with specific questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gigi, a Rochester Hills Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Rochester Hills, or seeking a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Rochester Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
