Roscoe is about 6 years old and very friendly. When the animal control officer picked him wandering around a rural mountain area he was very skinny. He is in foster care now, receiving plenty of food and attention, neither of which he appears to have received in the past. While not house trained, his foster parent is working on the transition from possibly being chained 24 hours day to living in a house. He is used to being outside and likes to sleep in a dog house, but is transitioning well with the noises and strange objects he now sees in a house. He does not chase cats and likes to interact with other dogs. Roscoe is ready to find a forever home, a place where he can finally receive the love he deserves. Update: Roscoe is almost house trained! Yeah Roscoe :)!
