We fell in love with Oskar the moment we met him—and everyone who has met him since hasn’t been able resist his charms, either! Even when we found him on the streets of Brooklyn, clearly abandoned, Oskar hadn’t let his unfortunate circumstances change his winning personality. It was clear he needed to be taken in, and now he’s ready, waiting, and oh-so-deserving of a real forever home.

A tall boy with long legs, a handsome face, and a perfectly pink nose, Oskar loves nothing more than to be with humans, enjoying their company, and letting them know he’s grateful for their affection. He loves petting time the most, and will head-butt your hand for more, as sweet as he is handsome. As long as he has you, your lap, and your happiness, Oskar will be content.

Oskar is neutered, FeLV/FIV negative, and up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to meet this amazing orange-and-white mush, contact Tara at catsbkny@gmail.com!

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!

About Brooklyn Animal Action

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a Brooklyn-based group of volunteers committed to improving the lives of animals in distress by working with our communities. We are dedicated to Trap-Neuter-Release programs, finding homes for adoptable animals, performing community outreach and education, and engaging in advocacy.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Please email us at BrooklynAnimalAction@gmail.com if you are interested in meeting one of our rescued cats.

Our Adoption Process...

Interested adopters can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt one of our animals, they must fill out an adoption application. If that is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for a donation to help us continue our work.
