My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fritz is a gentle soul. He started out with us as a matted mess and we really did not know what breed he was. Once he was shaved down, though, it was obvious that this guy was a purebred Schnauzer. Fritz weighs 14 pounds and is about 3 years old.

Fritz wants only to be your best friend. He loves to curl up in his doggie bed and cuddle with you. He's been shaved very, very short on his body, and we think he's in a bit of shock over the change from being wooly all over to being naked.

Fritz seems to be timid around other dogs. He's not mean or aggressive in the least. In fact, he's the opposite. He may be best as an only dog or with another small sweet dog as a companion. We don't know how Fritz will be with cats or kids, but will try to test him out soon.

Fritz has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and tested negative for heartworms. His adoption fee is $250.
