Boomerang ("Boomer" for short) was surrendered by his former owner to Stafford Animal Shelter. He was alone, shaking and terrified. Our rescue was called in to help the shelter out because they were struggling with overcrowding.
Boomerang was so scared it took several minutes of us sitting calmly outside his kennel at the Animal Control shelter to gain his trust and have him slowly approach us.
But once we got him into our calmer, quieter shelter, he really came out of his shell. Now Boomerang is happy and playful. He loves attention from people and is a champion ball player!
Boomerang is house-trained, and he's a perfect gentleman with his furniture. Boomerang is the perfect name for him because he is definitely a comeback kid!
Are you the perfect forever home for Boomerang?

Home visits required and dog adoptions often do require structural fencing. (We make decisions regarding the fencing requirement on a dog-by-dog basis, according to the dog's exercise needs and energy level.) Stafford SPCA does not condone the exclusive use of invisible fencing. We reserve the right to deny placement of puppies and kittens into homes with children under 5 years old.
