My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wanda...an approximately 5-7 year old spayed female Poodle. Wanda and her buddy Cosmo were found running down the middle of Hwy. 444 in rural Livingston Parish. Thankfully our director Vickie was heading home and saw them and got them to safety. Wanda is a super sweet girl and she currently weighs approximately 11 pounds. She gets along well with other dogs and we believe she would be fine with older children.

Wanda did test heartworm positive but not to worry Swampy Paws is treating that and will cover the cost for her treatment.

She is ready for her forever home and her adoption fee is $200 which includes all vaccinations, flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm test, heartworm treatment, spay and vet check.

A fenced yard is REQUIRED to adopt unless you live in an apartment. A home visit is also REQUIRED to adopt.
