Adult Bearded Dragon

Hi, My name is Mia ! I am an adult Bearded Dragon. 
My Pet ID is 1148
I am a Adult Female about 3 years old 
I was rescued from a loving home that couldn't continue to take care of me. I am looking for my forever home. 

Here is some info about what I need 

I just need a nice size tank, UV Bulb Feeding Dish and Water Dish. My basking Spot should be around 100 to 115 degrees but I need a spot to cool down also around 80-85. 

I am an omnivore so I eats lots of things from Dubai roaches kale, mustard greens, super worms, horn worms, or phoenix worms.
