Tootsie was a tiny little baby when she rescued. Less than 2 months old and barely 2 pounds, she was Waay too young to be on the streets on her own. All effort to find her owner was fruitless. She is a unique little girl with lots and lots of spunk and very affectionate. At 5 - 6 months old, now, she is only 9 pounds, but she can manage to push open sliding doors and can jump higher than a cat! She's very ingenious and calculating... 'if I move this and jump here, then I can get to that,' type of calculating. A trait not often seen in dogs. Thus, her Wonder Woman cape in some of these pics! We aren't sure of Tootsie's lineage, but think she has Chihuahua and Pug genes. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and gets along with other small dogs and cats, too! As with most puppies, Tootsie plays hard all day; but by bedtime, she's all kisses and snuggles!
