Herbie the love bug is a true lover! He is approximately 2 or 3 years old and was found outside near Penny Pack Park. Herbie's so sweet, he had to have been somebody's pet. He is FIV + and has three legs, neither of which slow him down. He loves to play and cuddle and he'll twirl in circles for scratches all over. Herbie lives with cats, small dogs, and kids in his foster home and is ready to live in your home!
