My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sawyer is a happy boy that loves people and really loves attention. He is a super sweet boy that is friendly with everyone and other dogs. He came to us from the APS of Caswell County as a stray. We have yet to hear Sawyer bark or howl and for a beagle this is a rarity. 🙂 There was also a note left by the wonderful lady who found Sawyer and brought him to the shelter. She wrote that were she lives “Its a very popular spot for the area hunters who use dogs to abandon their old or unwanted dogs”. Sawyer may not have been a good hunter, but he is a wonderful friendly dog that will make a great companion for some loving person or family.
