NOTE: To see additional pictures of Pepper and to apply to adopt, please visit the "Foster Care" page on our website: www.BaytownHumaneSociety.org
Pepper is the most unusually marked Chihuahua that we have ever rescued. The coat combination of brindle and then ticking on the paws is striking! And those Ears!! Biggest thing about her! At less than a year of age, this little girl is tiny (~4 pounds), but spunky!! Pepper roughhouses like crazy with the other small dogs in the home, but she's very affectionate to the humans. She gives sweet kisses and likes to sleep curled up next to her Foster Mom! Pepper is fearful of larger dogs and even a little frightened of cats! She LOVES to eat, which is common for most animals that have known serious hunger in their lives. Pepper's new guardian(s) will have to be vigilant in monitoring her food consumption so that she doesn't become overweight. This sweetheart has been fully vaccinated, spayed, and is receiving regular monthly heartworm prevention to keep her tiny heart free of those pesky heartworms. This little girl will steal your heart while you watch!! Apply for her today by completing the application you will find near her photos on our website! www.BaytownHumaneSociety.org
