Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello. I’m Abby, a 5-year-old girl. I’ve been told that my look is unique: I have blue eyes, very long fur that’s like an abstract painting—black, white & shades of gold—and black ears. I’ve spent most of my life in a very quiet home with just my person, who was disabled and was with me most of the time. I thought we would be together forever, and I was very sad when my person died. The family knew how special I am, so they kept me as long as they could, and finally brought me to this cat shelter so I could find love again.
Right now, after two moves, I’m still getting my bearings. I’m a little shy, especially since my world has been limited mostly to one person, with few human visitors and no other animals. But everybody here is very kind to me, and I’m learning how to trust new people. I love being petted and just sitting with a new friend.
Please come and visit me! I’m eager to meet the person who can fill the hole in my heart.
