IDGIE is about year old, 8 Ibs mix dog. She was found as stray and owner couldn't be found. She must have been on the streets for a long time because she is a very scared dog and has a hard time trusting new people .
Her owner needs to be female and needs to be gentle, patient person who is willing to work with her issue and earn her trust .
