My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Eartha Kitty is a great companion. She was born in 2016. She loves to drink water from the faucet in the bathtub; she waits in the bathroom while I take my shower then jumps in after me. She occasionally licks my leg before getting in. She is quite playful, especially at night. She often runs back and forth across the apartment and is easily entertained by "make-shift" toys like bottle caps, a tape measure, etc. She enjoys head-butting IMMENSELY and will often rub against your legs. Eartha is well-trained concerning the litter box and enjoys both dry and wet food.

To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and either come to an adoption event or arrange to meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
