My story

DOB: 6/30/17

I am a beautiful black and white boy with the most adorable tail – it’s all black except for the tip which is white! I love playing with other kittens.

I am still very shy around people but I jump on the counter at feeding time and allow foster mom to stroke me a few times when I start to eat. I also speak to her at treat time to make sure she doesn’t forget about me!

I will do very well as a companion cat for another young playful kitty. It will take me time to get comfortable enough to snuggle with people but I am making a lot of progress and will win you over with my sweet and playful purr-sonality.

If you are interested in learning more about this kitty or in adopting him, please click here to email his foster parent.

If you are unable to send an email to the foster parent through the link included above, please contact us and let us know what kitty you're interested in.  You may also fill out our adoption questionnaire to speed up the screening process.  Be sure to name the cat in the CAT PREFERENCE field at the beginning of the questionnaire. If the above links aren't live, our contact form and questionnaire are available on our website at www.kittenrescue.org.For our fees and adoption policies and procedures, please click here.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA. Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 1,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
