My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flynn was brought to GGOH with his mother and sibling. Melanie, his momma, was found in a field paralyzed from the waist down trying desperately to care for her two young kittens. Momma did a great job with her babies and was rehabilitated and adopted to a wonderful little family, leaving our facility with full use of both of her back legs. Great story so far, right? It is with the exception that our handsome Flynn is still waiting for his forever family to give this story a happy ending.

Flynn is a very sweet fella. He's also quite charming. He can be playful and rambunctious but also calm and quiet. While he likes us humans, he seems to be at his best when he has another kitty friend to snuggle up to when he's ready to settle in. He does well with children of any age as he is friendly and gentle. Dogs are an unknown, but he doesn't seem to be bothered by the occasional canine wandering our halls.

Flynn has a noticeable head tilt that was caused by a bout of toxoplasmosis in early 2021. He was treated successfully and there is no cause for concern or reoccurrence. We only mention this as the head tilt would be a bit of a surprise to a visiting guest if we did not. His head tilt does not affect him in any way - he runs, jumps, climbs, uses the litter box, etc. - in other words, he's a normal cat with a cute head tilt. He really is just the sweetest fella - please come meet him. You could be Flynn's happily ever after!

Flynn's DOB is approx. 7/1/2017.
