Mr Scooter is the most vivacious little boy this side of the Smokey Mtns! He came from a hoarding case and is absolutely the sweetest little boy. He is attention starved because the owner was elderly and had multiple dogs in the home and Scooter was in competition with them for any love. This precocious sweetheart is extremely loving, gives kisses, and just wants to be in your lap. Walks well on leash, good with most other small dogs, but will chase cats. He is available for adoption pending vetting and neuter.
